About

Based out of Northeast Philadelphia, The Philly Kitty, Inc., (TPK) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, no-kill, volunteer-run cat rescue. TPK is a small group of experienced animal rescue volunteers that have formed to provide refuge, medical care, spay and neuter efforts, and permanent homes for stray cats. Cats are provided with complete veterinary care and then placed within our foster care program. TPK operates solely out of foster care homes and our foster volunteers are the backbone of the organization. We work in partnership with Colmar Veterinary Hospital and Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) Clinic.
