8-9 years old, female cat, special needs
Meet Moo - quite possibly the sweetest, snuggliest, most adorably affectionate kitty around!
Moo is about 8-9 years old and is a stunning, snuggly siamese gal. She is over top affectionate - she falls over and rolls around for pets, purrs like a motorboat, follows your every move, loves to snuggle on your lap, will lay in your arms like a baby while she purrs her heart out, and would adore a loving, attentive forever home. This cuddly, goofy moo likes to play and loves the attention of people. She would make a wonderful and devoted companion, and her foster mom reports she is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats she has ever fostered. Moo is not so thrilled with the dog in her foster home so she would prefer a home without them, but she would be fine with an older, lower energy cat in her new household.
Moo has mammary cancer and lymphoma. She was brought into the shelter as a stray and is currently in foster care, but this little lady has so much love to give we would love to see her find her forever home, for however long it may be. She is feeling great right now and is seeing no affects from her cancer. At this point her quality of life is good and she has no symptoms associated with her tumors. Moo’s life span may be a few months to 6 months to a year. Her adopter will need to be prepared for a shorter life than a normal adopted kitty (and at this point, no expensive medical costs are expected), but Moo promises to make every moment worth it and hopes you will to.
Moo is spayed, has underwent a mastectomy, and has had a full oncology consult at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Hospital. She is rabies vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
