Toy 6 years old, female cat ♥ special needs ♥
Meet the sweetest little gal around, Toy! This gorgeous medium-haired persian mix is about 6 years old and was surrendered to the shelter after her owner could no longer care for her. It is clear she was well loved and Toy will certainly make her new owner very happy. Toy previously lived with cats and dogs, and currently lives with both in her foster home & does great with them! She is a low-key cat and would love a mellow, relaxing home where she can snuggle the day away. Toy likes being brushed, held, and petted, and her former owner had nothing but good things to say about this sweetheart. Her foster mom reports that she is a super easy kitty and one of the nicest, sweetest cats she has fostered. Toy would make a wonderful and devoted companion and she would love a loving, calm forever home. Toy was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and a mild heart murmur. She is currently on medication to manage her thyroid and is doing well. Her medication is relatively inexpensive and easy to admit (topical cream). Toy will need an adopter who is committed to her care and her health. Toy is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccines including rabies, is litter box trained, is comfortable having her nails trimmed, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
